Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is required if your order is:
• Delivered to a Georgia address, or
• Picked up directly from one of our affiliated distribution centers.

Do I have to purchase online if I live near the store?
No. You are welcome to visit our showroom at Sugarloaf Mills to see selected items in person.
We often feature in-store specials and additional items that may not appear online.
Please note: not all of our 5,000+ online products will be displayed in the store.

Do you offer catalogs?
We don’t provide printed catalogs due to the high cost and frequent changes in inventory.
However, we have access to 20,000+ products from many vendors.
If you don’t see what you need online, we can share links to our suppliers’ websites for more options.

Can you send me a manufacturer’s brochure?
Most manufacturers no longer produce printed brochures due to frequent updates in styles and finishes.
If you are interested in an item not shown online, we can often email you a direct link to the vendor’s product page.
Just contact us with the manufacturer name and model number.

What happens when I provide my email?
Your Home Gallery never shares, sells, or rents your contact information.

Can I cancel my order?
• Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final.
In rare cases, we may allow an exception with a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion.

We operate with a lean overhead structure and have strong relationships with major manufacturers.
By purchasing in larger quantities and keeping costs low, we pass significant savings directly to our customers.
DELIVERY QUESTIONS
What is your local delivery policy?
We offer professional local delivery within an 80-mile radius of Atlanta.
Delivery is available for an affordable fee, and we do not include delivery in product pricing.
This keeps our everyday furniture prices lower for all customers.

When will my special order arrive?
The ETA provided at checkout is our best estimate.
Delivery times can vary due to manufacturer schedules, availability of materials, transportation delays, and other factors beyond our control.

What if I can’t pick up my order when it’s ready?
Local Pickup Orders:
• Please pick up your order within 7 days of notification.
• Merchandise not picked up within 30 days may be converted to in-store credit.
Special Orders:
• Orders not picked up within 30 days are considered canceled.
• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance becomes in-store credit.
• This deposit covers costs such as ordering, shipping, handling, warehousing, and floor placement.

What if my delivery contains damaged or defective items?
All outgoing items are pre-inspected before leaving our facility.
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Inspect the packaging before signing.
2. If the box is visibly damaged, do not sign the delivery paperwork.
3. Contact us immediately for assistance.
For manufacturer defects discovered after unboxing, we will arrange repairs or replacement parts.
Some replacement parts may need to be special ordered.
Please keep all original packaging in case the item needs to be exchanged.

What about damage during customer pickup?
Any damage that occurs during your own transportation is the customer’s responsibility.
Manufacturer defects still apply and will be handled promptly.

How long does out-of-state shipping take?
After your order is placed, you will receive:
• An order confirmation, and
• A second email within 24 hours with your estimated delivery timing.
We provide curbside shipping only.
This means the driver will deliver to the closest accessible area, and you are responsible for bringing items inside.
We recommend having at least two people available for heavy items.
