At Your Home Gallery, you can choose to pick up your items in-store or use our professional local delivery service. When you complete your purchase online or in-store, our team will help you schedule a delivery date that works for you.
Delivery Rates
Standard Delivery & Installation: $69–$299
(Price varies based on the items purchased.)
Deliveries outside Gwinnett County include a small additional fuel/time charge — usually $25 per county line crossed.
Our primary service area includes locations within 80 miles of the Atlanta area.
Deliveries beyond this range may be available—ask us for a quote.
Delivery Schedule
We currently deliver: Friday – Sunday
Delivery Notifications
• The evening before delivery: You will receive a call or text with a two-hour delivery window.
• On delivery day: The delivery team will call again when they are approximately 15 minutes away.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a redelivery fee.

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

Our delivery team will handle all necessary assembly at the time of delivery at no additional cost.
If you have special requests or want to confirm assembly details, ask your sales representative at checkout or speak with the delivery team during the confirmation call the day before delivery.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Damage Policy
Although rare, damages can happen. If you notice any damage:
1. Contact your sales representative right away.
2. Complete our quick damage claim form on the Warranty Page.
We will work quickly to replace or repair any items damaged during delivery.
If the item was damaged upon arrival, Your Home Gallery will cover any redelivery costs.
Fit & Measurement Issues
If your purchase does not fit into your home upon delivery:
• Contact your sales representative immediately.
• We can assist with an exchange (some exclusions apply), or issue a store credit minus any applicable restocking fees (typically 15%–25%).
• Additional delivery charges will apply.
Please measure carefully before purchasing to avoid additional fees or delays.
